Albuquerque, NM Job Details Full-time $35 - $45 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Report preparation Record keeping Coordinating with subcontractors on construction projects Filing Driver's License Construction stakeholder coordination Full Job Description Complete projects within time and budget requirements. Reviews all shop drawings and scope of work submittals for the project Able to identify changes in scope of the work Prepares and maintains records and files of reports as required. Coordinates with subcontractors on construction projects. Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. Keeps all project materials in good condition. Maintains current working knowledge of trends in construction and maintenance. Attends regular staff meetings as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
