Apply Now Save Job Saved Description Service Repair Roofing Foreman Position Summary The Service Repair Roofing Foreman leads crews in diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and restoring commercial and residential roofing systems. This position requires expertise in leak detection, roofing repairs, roof coatings, crew leadership, safety compliance, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose roof leaks and identify root causes of water intrusion. Perform and supervise repairs on TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Metal, Standing Seam, Shingle, Tile, and waterproofing systems. Apply and oversee roof coating and restoration systems, including acrylic, silicone, polyurethane, and SPF coatings on various substrates. Ensure proper roof preparation, coating application, quality control, and manufacturer compliance. Lead and train service crews while maintaining productivity, safety, and workmanship standards. Complete work orders, reports, photos, and material tracking. Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements. Qualifications 5+ years roofing experience. 2+ years supervisory or foreman experience. Proven roof leak diagnosis and repair skills. Experience with roof coatings and restoration systems. Knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 10/30
Certification. Roofing manufacturer certifications. Infrared moisture scanning or electronic leak detection experience. CDL and/or bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs. Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
