Construction Foreman

Hello! We're a small, family-owned company looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes operating equipment such as skid steers and excavators, while also overseeing crew members, managing materials, and ensuring a safe and efficient job site. This position requires excellent communication with the office and the contractor, qualified applicants will literally become the right hand to the contractor on all projects. Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field OSHA 30 Certification required Extensive experience with septic systems, including installation of new systems Proven experience operating skid steers and excavators Background in concrete work, pavers, and underground utilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a crew Ability to work both in and out of equipment as needed Capable of sitting for extended periods while performing precise machine work Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily activities of crew members and subcontractors Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Plan, coordinate, and execute daily job tasks to meet project timelines Manage material deliveries, inventory, and usage on-site Operate equipment as needed while maintaining high-quality workmanship Communicate effectively with ownership and team members Train and mentor employees to maintain high performance standards
