In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on various construction projects, ensuring high-quality grounds maintenance, landscape installation, and hardscape work. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain safety standards, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on landscaping expertise with team management in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers, ensuring efficient execution of lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting, and hardscape installation tasks Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks based on project priorities and team strengths Oversee the operation of grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and ground prep tools Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering practices across projects Identify plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure correct planting and ongoing horticultural care Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting crew members and equipment to various project sites Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any issues promptly Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance roles with a strong background in team management Extensive outdoor work experience including lawn care, landscape maintenance, plant identification, tree care, and gardening Skilled in operating grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, irrigation tools, and hardscape machinery Knowledge of irrigation management systems and troubleshooting techniques Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on crew management and motivating teams to meet project goals Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely is required Join us as a Landscaper Crew Leader, Working Foreman to lead vibrant outdoor projects that transform landscapes while fostering a positive team environment.
