Electrical Foreman Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical commissioning and control operations in engineering-heavy projects, particularly focusing on data centers and advanced systems. Responsibilities Lead and oversee electrical commissioning for various projects. Act as a controls foreman ensuring all electrical installations meet quality and safety standards. Coordinate and manage engineering-heavy projects with a focus on data centers and advanced systems. Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution. Collaborate with teams to set up networks and servers, facilitating communication for modern equipment. Engage in network troubleshooting to resolve any communication issues in the systems. Essential Skills Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in construction and engineering-heavy projects. Strong understanding of electrical systems and controls engineering. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. Experience in electrical commissioning lead roles. Ability to set up and manage networks and servers. Competency in building automation controls. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in data center construction and advanced systems. Telecom and network skills, particularly with modern IP communication equipment. Work Environment The role involves working on-site at various project locations, primarily in data centers and advanced systems facilities. The position requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on safety and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working with modern equipment and technology in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
