Duties Interpret and follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Perform a variety of remodeling tasks including carpentry, trim work, flooring installation, window and glass installation, and hardscape construction. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to install building materials and complete renovation projects. Manage onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout each phase. Coordinate with team members and clients to schedule work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project completion. Conduct inspections of work sites to verify compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Assist in estimating project costs, managing construction materials, and maintaining detailed documentation of progress. Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential remodeling or building construction. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and operating heavy equipment safely on job sites. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, flooring installation, window installation, glass work, and hardscaping is highly desirable. Experience with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and remodeling projects. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients effectively.
