Currently seeking for 1st and 3rd shift openings Ideal Candidate has prior experience working in this capacity from a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for providing corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance to all production and support equipment under limited supervision to produce high quality metal products. Candidate must be comfortable in an industrial environment, large equipment, PPE required. Troubleshooting and repairing machine breakdowns such as electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Diagnose and repair of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems up to 480V Working knowledge of AC/DC drives Ability to follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals and engineering specifications while troubleshooting malfunctions. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to insure equipment performance is at maximum. Install safety light curtains and repair Develop repair procedures and monitor as needed. Actively participate in identifying equipment improvements. Actively participate in plant safety program. Communicate equipment and process changes with Production. Actively investigate problems with equipment, and/or processes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Industrial Electrician 5 years in equipment troubleshoot repair, overhaul, and modifications preferred Experience with metal stamping presses, servo drives, large industrial equipment a plus.
