Our services include water damage cleanup, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and other property restoration services. We are seeking Production Crew Chiefs and Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. Whether you're experienced in restoration or eager to learn, we provide both on-the-job and formal training. Construction and/or restoration experience is a plus. Restoration Technician

• Overview The Restoration Technician performs hands-on restoration work on residential and commercial projects while maintaining the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment, vehicles, and job sites.

By providing consistent, high-quality work, our technicians represent the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. Primary Responsibilities Inventory, load, and maintain work vehicles, equipment, products, and supplies Prepare rooms and areas for restoration work and set up staging areas and equipment Perform restoration processes as directed Follow safety and risk management guidelines at all times Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflows Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown Leave job sites clean and orderly Maintain organized vehicles, equipment, and warehouse areas Continue developing knowledge of restoration services, equipment, and processes Crew Chief

• Overview The Crew Chief oversees Restoration Technicians on job sites and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to SERVPRO standards.

Crew Chiefs serve as a lead point of communication in the field and are responsible for keeping their team organized and projects moving forward. Additional Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and train Restoration Technicians Assign tasks and monitor job progress Ensure work is completed according to project scope and SERVPRO standards Communicate job progress and field needs with management Maintain job site organization and proper documentation Provide leadership during emergency response situations Qualifications Restoration industry experience preferred for Technicians; Crew Chiefs must have prior restoration experience High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record

certification preferred but not required Mold certification preferred but not required Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude Must be able to pass a drug test Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation as needed, including nights and weekends Ability to regularly lift at least 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with assistance Experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, or a related field is a plus Physical & Work Environment Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and climbing ladders for extended periods Working at heights and occasionally in crawl spaces, attics, or confined areas Safety equipment and training are provided to support a safe working environment Occasional use of a respirator may be required for safety Schedule & Travel Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m
