Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly expierienced carpenter with very high attention to detail to oversee crew of 2-6 finish carpenters on single design build project. Responsibilities Lead and supervise finish carpentry crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient workflow. Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to interpret project requirements accurately. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to align schedules and ensure seamless project progression. Oversee the installation of interior finishes such as trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and custom millwork with precision. Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets design specifications and safety standards. Review blueprints and schematics regularly to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions proactively. Foster a collaborative team environment by managing crew schedules, providing mentorship, and promoting safety awareness. Qualifications Proven experience in high end custom residential construction projects with a strong background in finish carpentry. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction drawings review. Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, client interactions, and team supervision.

$55.00 - $75.00 per hour
