We hire experienced professionals for roles in landscape maintenance, enhancements, snow operations, and field leadership and we are looking for a Landscape Enhancement Foreman to join our team.
PAY RANGE
Up to $33/hour, pay range is based on experience
SHIFT:
This is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Landscape Enhancement Foreman, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces for our clients. The perfect candidate leads a construction crew in installing outdoor living features like paver patios, retaining walls, and walkways while ensuring projects are completed on time, and up to quality standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Can safely operate equipment Can maintain equipment Experience managing landscape and hardscape installations Experience managing enhancement and maintenance crews
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Deep understanding of enhancement materials Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a crew efficiently Capable of lifting 50+ lbs., bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Effective, professional communications with clients and team members Prefer snowplow experience Prefer a year-round employee Prefer an individual who is Bilingual in Spanish
