This position is ideal for a skilled painter who can lead crews, maintain production schedules, and ensure every project meets our quality standards. Pay $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional evenings and weekends may be required Responsibilities Lead painting crews on residential and commercial projects Coordinate daily job site activities and project workflow Maintain quality control throughout all phases of work Train, mentor, and support crew members Perform painting and preparation work as needed Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and management Ensure job sites remain safe, organized, and productive Qualifications 5+ years of professional painting experience Previous foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of painting systems, coatings, and preparation methods Ability to manage crews and maintain project schedules Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Why Join Kostusiak Coatings?
