Job Description

Experienced Remodeler / CarpenterJob Summary J. Dale Fine Remodeling is seeking an experienced Remodeler/Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling, custom cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, built-ins, and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of remodeling tasks. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish. Responsibilities Perform residential remodeling and renovation work according to project plans and specifications Complete framing, drywall, flooring, trim, door, and finish-carpentry work Install cabinets, countertops, built-ins, and other custom fixtures Read and interpret plans, measurements, and construction drawings Safely operate hand and power tools Troubleshoot job-site challenges and develop practical solutions Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean, organized work area Work independently and as part of a team Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and subcontractors Follow established safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or a related construction trade Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools Experience with framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and finish work Ability to accurately measure, plan, and complete assigned work Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job Professional attitude and respectful conduct in customers' homes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Custom cabinetry or finish-carpentry experience is a plus Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
