About Us:

We are a growing roofing and renovation company seeking an experienced and dependable Foreman to lead residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage crews, communicate effectively with homeowners and management, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise roofing and renovation crews on job sites Coordinate daily work activities and project schedules Ensure all work meets company quality standards and building codes Train, mentor, and motivate crew members Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce safety protocols Communicate project progress, issues, and material needs to management Perform job site inspections and quality control checks Interact professionally with homeowners and customers Assist with roofing, siding, gutter, and general renovation projects when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing and construction Proven leadership and crew management experience Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and general construction practices Ability to read plans, measurements, and work orders Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior renovations OSHA certification (preferred but not required) Experience operating construction equipment and tools Knowledge of material ordering and inventory management
