Job Summary EV Solar is hiring an experienced Medium Voltage (MV) Electrical Foreman to lead customer-side MV work on large, ground-mounted solar projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows medium voltage work, values safety, and wants clear authority in the field

Responsibilities:

Lead and perform medium voltage electrical work (typically 5kV-35kV) on utility-scale solar projects Supervise MV crews and coordinate daily work activities Install and oversee underground and overhead MV systems, including transformers, switches, grounding, and terminations Coordinate MV activities with low-voltage crews, civil teams, and project management Serve as the on-site MV safety lead and enforce energized work protocols Perform and support MV testing, inspections, commissioning, and energization Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Maintain accurate field documentation and provide clear feedback to the project team Work Requirements 8-10+ years of medium voltage electrical or utility distribution experience Prior experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Supervisor on MV projects Strong knowledge of MV systems, electrical drawings, and one-line diagrams Commitment to safety, quality, and professional field execution Class F Crane / digger derrick certification OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license Willingness to travel and work outdoors on active construction sites Preferred Solar or power generation project experience
