Annual Job Summary:
Seeking an Electrical Supervisor to ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations. Duties Seeking an experienced Supervisor with strong hands-on job site and office computer skills. While this role targets candidates with approximately 20 years of experience, we are flexible for individuals who can perform effectively with fewer years. Install, maintain, and repair low-voltage systems Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations Train and mentor junior electricians in best practices Act as the interface between management and field workers. Setting up crews in the field Job planning and bidding in the office Meeting with customers
Core Requirements:
Ability to efficiently design and layout electrical installations to code without plans Proficiency in parts selection and ordering, including understanding lead times Familiarity with electric motors and their control systems Knowledge of bid software such as Bluebeam, ConEst, SureBid, etc., is required. Experience in an office setting working on take-offs, pricing, job layouts, and bidding. The ideal candidate will be proactive, fair, balanced, and respected by the employees they oversee.
