Responsibilities Execute a wide range of home renovation tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and window installation with precision and attention to detail Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively on various projects Manage building material installation such as cabinetry, doors, trim carpentry, stucco, caulking, plastering, and electrical components Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase of the project Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure remodeling projects are completed on time and within scope Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering strictly to safety protocols at all times Skills Extensive construction experience with a focus on building construction and remodeling projects Proficiency in Bluebeam software for reviewing plans and managing documentation Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, window installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet installation Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, heavy equipment, and outdoor work equipment safely Experience interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately Familiarity with safety protocol adherence on busy construction sites Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Join us as a Home Renovator if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
