Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our crews on residential and commercial projects. The Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and working hands-on with the team to complete projects efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of laborers on construction job sites Read and interpret project plans and drawings Organize daily work tasks and delegate responsibilities Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Oversee excavation, grading, and drainage system installations Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors Ensure job site safety and enforce company standards Communicate with management and clients regarding project progress Train and mentor less experienced crew members Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field Strong knowledge of hardscape, drainage, and excavation practices Ability to operate landscape construction equipment Proven leadership and crew management experience Reliable, organized, and safety-focused Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: Up to $85,000 / yr based on experience Overtime opportunities Advancement potential within the company Training and career development support Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season) Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary by project)
