Cleary Brothers Landscaping is on the lookout for an experienced and skilled Hardscape Construction Foreman to join our expanding team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the hardscape construction crew to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to high-quality standards. Coordinate and participate in the construction of retaining walls, pavers, patios, and hardscape elements. Oversee the installation of softscape elements, including trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, and irrigation systems. Collaborate with the team and ensure adherence to project timelines and client specifications. Operate heavy machinery and power tools, including trucks and skid steers, safely and efficiently. Perform snow removal tasks in the winter: plow, salt, or service walkways Interact professionally with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with completed projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hardscape construction, with expertise in retaining walls, pavers, concrete, and softscape installations. General knowledge of horticulture. Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently. Physical stamina and effective teamwork skills. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lead a crew and adapt to challenges and unforeseen circumstances. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
