What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with hardscape, decorative concrete, drainage, and snow removal. Operate equipment such as plate compactors, concrete buggies, dump trucks etc. Help install patios, retaining walls, water/fire features. Maintain clean and safe job sites.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and pass initial drug screening. Ability to lift 80+ lbs regularly and work outdoors in varied weather. Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player. Prior landscaping experience a plus but not required — training provided. Takes feedback and uses it. Shows up when it's hard, not just when it's easy.

Schedule:

Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts.
