Experienced Construction Foreman

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and coordinate field operations on commercial, industrial, and/or institutional projects. If you have strong leadership skills and hands-on construction experience, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise construction crews on active job sites Coordinate daily work activities and ensure productivity goals are met Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Read blueprints and coordinate work with project managers Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members Monitor quality of work and ensure projects meet company standards Track labor, materials, and job progress Train and mentor field employees

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader Background in commercial construction, concrete, masonry, coatings, or restoration preferred Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong leadership and communication skills OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Willingness to travel for projects Valid driver's license Browning Chapman is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
