Concrete ForemanLocation:
Dublin, OHSalary:
$65K-$90K (salary depends on experience)Position OverviewThe Concrete Foreman is responsible for overseeing concrete construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing a team of workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of the concrete crew.

Monitor and enforce safety procedures on the job site.

Ensure that all work is performed according to project specifications and quality standards.

Communicate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Assist in planning and scheduling work to meet project deadlines.

Train and mentor crew members in concrete work techniques and safety practices.

Conduct regular inspections of work site to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

QualificationsProven experience as a foreman in concrete construction projects.

Strong knowledge of concrete work, including flatwork and structural applications.

Experience with excavating and earthwork projects is preferred.

Familiarity with underground utilities installation and maintenance is a plus.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
