• Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise service crews on roofing repair and maintenance projects Perform and oversee roofing service work (leak repairs, inspections, small installs, emergency service) Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Communicate daily with office staff, service manager, and customers Train and mentor crew members; set expectations for performance and professionalism Maintain job documentation, photos, and service reports Ensure accurate time tracking, material usage, and job completion details Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements Represent the company professionally on job sites and with customers Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of roofing experience , including service and repair work Previous foreman or lead experience Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems Ability to read work orders, plans, and service scopes Proven leadership and crew management skills Strong communication skills (field-to-office and customer-facing) Safety-minded with knowledge of fall protection and job site safety Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Preferred (Not Required) Experience with inspections and troubleshooting leaks Forklift or AWP certification What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, year-round work Company vehicle (if applicable) Advancement opportunities within a growing company Strong safety culture and support from management Benefits package (medical, PTO, holidays, etc.
