Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead our outdoor construction team in creating stunning outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, decks and other stone or concrete features. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse landscape projects, guiding a team of skilled workers and collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the hardscape installation team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines Oversee the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials for installing pavers, stonework, concrete structures, and other hardscape features Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with project managers and clients to interpret design plans and specifications accurately Conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase of installation to ensure craftsmanship meets company standards Manage inventory of materials and equipment needed for each project, minimizing waste and delays Provide mentorship and training to crew members in landscaping techniques, construction safety, and maintenance practices Skills Proven experience in hardscape construction with a focus on hardscape installation including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and similar features Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Excellent understanding of construction processes related to hardscaping projects Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with hardscaping tools, machinery, and safety standards required for construction sites Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and project managers Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful functional environments!
