If you have experience in construction and enjoy building outdoor spaces, this is an opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. What You'll Do Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Operate construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.) Read and follow project plans, drawings, and blueprints Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Perform physical labor including lifting, grading, and site prep Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality results What We're Looking For Prior construction experience required Experience operating equipment preferred Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to read and follow drawings and blueprints Strong work ethic and reliability Takes pride in producing clean, detailed work Valid driver's license (required) Ability to pass drug and background check (required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Company uniforms provided Boot allowance Why Join C&S?
