AK is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Supervisor to lead and develop our residential and commercial plumbing service team. This is not a position for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. We are looking for a leader who understands plumbing, knows how to manage technicians, holds people accountable, and can help build a high-performing and profitable service department. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead and supervise plumbing service technicians Conduct daily morning huddles Review technician performance and KPIs Perform regular field ride-alongs Coach technicians on customer communication, presenting options, and closing work Review estimates, invoices, callbacks, and warranty work Monitor daily and weekly revenue performance Improve technician average ticket and conversion rates Maintain department gross-profit goals Reduce callbacks and preventable warranty work Ensure technicians follow AK procedures and company standards Work closely with dispatch and customer service Help recruit, interview, onboard, and train technicians Handle escalated customer situations Ensure trucks, tools, equipment, and inventory are properly maintained Hold technicians accountable while creating a strong team culture Report department performance to senior leadership Your Scorecard Success in this position will be measured using clearly defined KPIs, including: Revenue Gross Profit Average Ticket Conversion Rate Technician Productivity Callback Rate Customer Reviews Technician Retention You will know exactly what is expected of you and have the opportunity to earn additional compensation for producing results.

Compensation Base Salary:

Approximately $80,000 Plus performance-based bonuses with the potential to earn $100,000-$115,000+ annually. Bonus opportunities are tied to department performance, including revenue, gross margin, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, callbacks, staffing, and other operational KPIs.
