• , you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.

In addition, you will: + Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair, and maintain projects + Work in outdoor utility construction sites + Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field + Train your crew on various kinds of tools and equipment + Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers & other types of machinery. + Manage all aspects of job-site construction

Qualifications About You:

+ Safety is a part of your day-to-day + You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality + You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work + You are looking for long-term projects + You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team + Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team + You know the telecom construction industry: Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc. + You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality + You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work MOS Codes 12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305 relate well to this position. Compensation of $30-$40 per hour, depending on the experience. Hard work pays off.
