Job Description
The position of Powerline Construction Foreman leads and performs construction, maintenance, and repair of power lines and related equipment to ensure reliable service to TCEC Members. This role operates vehicles and tools, manages materials, restores outages, and assists with substation work. Provides team leadership, maintains records, ensures compliance with safety and company policies, and delivers excellent member service. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' work experience at a journeyman skill level in the construction and maintenance of power lines. Supervisory experience is preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A commercial driver's license issued by their state of permanent residence. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
