Job Description

Location:
Oklahoma City, OK Pay:
$20-$23 per hour
Project Duration:
2-3 years
Overtime:
Paid overtime available weekly Force Personnel is recruiting a Construction Foreman to lead a labor crew on a long-term construction project in Oklahoma City. We're looking for a dependable leader with construction experience who can coordinate daily work, communicate with superintendents, and keep the crew working safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise laborers to ensure work meets safety, quality, and project standards.
  • Assign daily tasks, train crew members, and support crew productivity.
  • Follow direction from superintendents while managing a self-sufficient crew.
  • Communicate staffing needs when additional laborers are required.
  • Print, maintain, and manage employee time cards.
  • Operate equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and sweepers. Qualifications
  • Previous construction experience required.
  • Experience leading crews or working as an assistant superintendent preferred.
  • Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and sweepers required.
  • Basic computer skills, including printing and managing time cards.
  • Ability to speak and understand English to follow job-site instructions and communicate with the team.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. What This Opportunity Offers
