Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heavy Civil Construction Foreman and lead the charge in executing large-scale infrastructure projects with energy and precision! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily construction activities on heavy civil sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are at the forefront of every task. Your expertise will drive project success from start to finish, coordinating teams and resources while maintaining strict adherence to construction regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews on heavy civil construction sites, including pipelines, roadways, bridges, and other infrastructure projects Coordinate construction schedules using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6 and Construction management tools to ensure timely project delivery Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide onsite activities effectively Manage subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure quality work that meets project specifications and safety standards Enforce OSHA regulations and federal construction safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel Oversee daily site operations including equipment usage, material handling, and quality control inspections using tools like Ohmmeter for electrical testing Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, contract compliance, and progress reporting to keep projects on track financially and schedule-wise Requirements Proven experience supervising heavy civil construction projects with a strong background in pipeline installation, roadway development, or similar infrastructure work Basic knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and other construction scheduling tools Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Strong understanding of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols Excellent crew management skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, quality control processes, and contract management Valid management credentials with effective communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders on-site Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure development!
