This is not a position where you will only supervise from the sidelines. We need someone who can review the scope of work, walk the job site, create a material list, purchase or order materials, direct employees, check the quality of their work, and jump in when extra help is needed. You should be able to solve common construction problems without waiting for the owner to be onsite. If an employee runs into an issue, you will be expected to find an effective solution and keep the project moving. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and takes pride in doing good work. You will drive a company van or truck, so a valid driver's license and a good driving record are required. Experience safely driving with a trailer is preferred.
