In this role, you'll oversee the installation process, coordinate with team members, and ensure that every project meets safety standards and client expectations. Your leadership will drive efficiency, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction on every site. Responsibilities Lead and supervise gutter installation crews to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. Read and interpret plans to determine project scope and specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively on construction sites. Conduct quality inspections to verify proper installation of gutters, downspouts, flashing, and related components. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations throughout all phases of work. Manage materials procurement, inventory control, and site logistics to optimize workflow efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or lead roles within gutter installation projects. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to construction projects a plus. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques. Ability to cut and fabricate a variety of gutters. Ability to fabricate miters in multiple types of gutters Experience maintaining gutter machines and related equipment Experience with various construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, caulking, siding installation is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
