$25-$30/hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM Who We Are We're a light-hearted, local construction team that believes in quality work and good people. We keep things professional but fun, and we're looking for someone who shares our strong work ethic and positive energy. If you're ready to lead a crew, build great things, and enjoy what you do, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do As a Lead/Foreman Construction Field Tech , you'll take the lead on residential projects. You'll supervise a small crew, manage daily tasks, maintain safety standards, and make sure every job is completed with precision and care. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused. Looking for someone not afraid to get a little dirty, complete jobs in attics or crawl spaces, along with general construction projects as well. Gates, Fences, Decks, and Interior Finish work. Prior experience in construction or fence installation Team leadership or foreman experience Dependability and strong communication skills Able to lift and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license
