Construction is a licensed, bonded, and insured siding and window subcontractor serving the Portland metro. We're growing and need a foreman who can run crews, hit production goals, and deliver quality work builders notice. If you lead from the front, we want to talk. What You'll Do Run day-to-day operations on residential and new construction siding, framing, window, and remodel jobs Lead and manage crews of installers — set the pace, set the standard Ability to install James Hardie siding, trim, flashing, and window/door wraps, do what it takes to get the job done. Manage framing crews and small remodel jobs on some projects Read plans, coordinate with builders and supers, keep jobs on schedule Enforce safety policies and keep job sites clean and organized Perform quality checks and hit production targets Drive to multiple projects a day, take material orders, delivery materials when needed What You Bring 2+ years installing siding and windows; 1+ year leading a crew Deep knowledge of James Hardie products and best practices Own tool belt and basic hand tools Valid driver's license with a clean record Able to handle physically demanding work Comfortable with basic phone/computer apps (photos, schedules, timekeeping) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus What We Offer $25-$35/hr based on experience Full-time, year-round work — residential, multi-family, remodels, and new construction Advancement as we grow — foremen here become leaders here Direct access to the owner, no corporate layers
