Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Painter Foreman to lead painting crews and oversee projects at various job sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive painting knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Schedule Monday - Friday No Weekends! Responsibilities Supervise and lead painting crews on commercial and/or industrial job sites Coordinate daily work assignments and project timelines Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards Train and mentor crew members as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment Communicate with project managers, customers, and team members Inspect completed work and address any quality concerns Manage materials, equipment, and job site productivity Pay $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
