Ressler & Mateer serves commercial and residential customers throughout Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, Reading, West Chester, and York, PA. Ressler and Mateer is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead crews of plumbers in the completion of residential and commercial projects. The Plumbing Foreman will need to have strong communication skills to coordinate project needs with Plumbing Management and General Contractors. This role requires someone who is able to train apprentice level employees who are on the site while overseeing and managing the job progression. It is the job of the foreman to keep track of materials and tasks that are needed to effectively and efficiently complete the job they are leading.
