Ressler & Mateer serves commercial and residential customers throughout Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, Reading, West Chester, and York, PA. Committed to getting the job done in a way that exceeds expectations, Ressler and Mateer is known for providing affordable top-quality products and services. Ressler and Mateer is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead crews of plumbers in the completion of residential and commercial projects. The Plumbing Foreman will need to have strong communication skills to coordinate project needs with Plumbing Management and General Contractors. This role requires someone who is able to train apprentice level employees who are on the site while overseeing and managing the job progression. It is the job of the foreman to keep track of materials and tasks that are needed to effectively and efficiently complete the job they are leading. Plumbing Foreman position qualifications:
Journeyman's Plumbing License preferred 3-5 Years of Plumbing Foreman experience residential &/or commercial new construction plumbing Strong understanding of commercial and residential plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints for proper installation of plumbing systems Effective communication skills to be used with coworkers and customers
