Maintain a rigorous standard of safety on all jobsites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, local building codes, and internal company policies.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between project sites and corporate operations. Provide regular progress updates, material requests, and proactive problem-solving to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/residential general construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or site leadership role.
Trade Proficiency:
Deep, proven knowledge across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.

Professionalism:
Exceptional work ethic, professional communication skills, and the ability to foster a team-oriented environment on site.
Logistics:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to travel to various store locations within our operating region. Consistent attendance is mandatory.
What We Offer Top-Tier Compensation:
Highly competitive pay commensurate with your leadership experience and technical expertise.
Stability:
Reliable, year-round work—no seasonal layoffs or gaps between bids.
Benefits:
