Railroad Construction Foreman

If you're an experienced Railroad Construction Foreman who knows how to run a safe, productive job site and motivate crews in the field, this is your opportunity to take the lead on railroad construction projects across the region. What You'll Be Doing Lead and supervise crews on active construction sites Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance Coordinate daily work activities and schedules Act as the link between labor crews and Superintendents Spot issues early and keep projects moving forward What We're Looking For Railroad or Heavy civil construction leadership experience (Foreman or Superintendent level) Strong safety mindset and hands-on approach Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules (overtime, nights, weekends) Reliable, accountable, and crew-focused Good to Know Drug-free workplace (pre-employment & random testing) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs English required; Spanish a plus Why American Track?
