Our Install Foremen are leaders who inspire their team to work well together to meet our customer's expectations each day. They must be reliable with a proven work history and strong work ethic to handle jobsite lead duties. These team members will be ready to come in to work on their first day and take on a short period of acclimation and training in order to lead, direct, and motivate the activities of our Install & Transportation crews on jobsites for safe and efficient foundation installation. Start time is typically 5:30am. All Install Foremen must be able to: Work OT; Move/lift 80 lbs.; Climb up and down a ladder frequently ; Walk, stand, bend, kneel and twist constantly; Accurately and consistently read a tape measure; Have a high awareness of safety for themselves and others; Read, write, and speak effectively in English; Interpret construction drawings and calculate construction math problems; Understand and utilize hand signals for crane & rigging operations; Communicate well with team members and customers at the jobsite; Have a current/valid driver's license with a clean MVR and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card to drive our company crew truck; Promote positivity and can-do attitude Lead and develop others through critical thinking, problem solving, positive attitude, and open mind Reliable transportation to work on a daily basis is a MUST! Prior experience in jobsite leadership in the construction industry and safe use of hand and power tools is required.
