The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management. This role involves supervising construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, managing project timelines, and maintaining quality standards. The Construction Foreman will play a pivotal role in delivering projects on time, within scope, and according to specifications. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction processes accurately. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety standards across the site. Collaborate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project progress through onsite management skills. Supervise subcontractors and labor teams; provide guidance on technical issues related to mobile homes, residential, and commercial work or other specialized tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites. Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, project scheduling, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required. Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams of various sizes in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members. Hands-on experience in mobile home repairs and remodel, home remodels and repairs, and commercial maintenance projects.
