• Foreman who can ensure that our crew gets projects done in a timely and accurate manner for our Berks County, PA clients. This full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for someone who is motivated to work 45-55 hours/week. As a Roofing Crew Manager

QUALIFICATIONS A

record of at least 3 years of winning in roofing construction 1 year of crew leadership experience preferred Physically capable of lifting, climbing, stretching, and performing other construction-related tasks Strong leadership ability A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Great communication and problem-solving skills Attentive to detail
