Responsibilities Read and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and site plans Perform job layout and coordinate daily activities Manage field crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment Oversee excavation, grading, foundations, concrete slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and site work Supervise masonry work including CMU block, brick, lintels, and concrete repairs Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and project scheduling Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients Qualifications 5+ years of foreman experience in construction Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Experience with: Site Work Excavation & Grading Foundations Concrete Flatwork Sidewalks & Curbs Masonry (CMU, brick, stone, lintels) Strong leadership and organizational skills Valid driver's license Projects Commercial Construction Retail Construction Residential Construction Site Development Concrete & Masonry Work Pay Competitive pay based on experience.
