This is a contract-to-hire opportunity to become a permanent employee within a fast-paced, hands-on environment supporting projects across critical industrial infrastructure. Overview:

Lead a small crew to install epoxy and industrial coating systems on equipment and surfaces at job sites. Perform surface preparation using hand and power tools to ensure proper coating adhesion. Work safely in industrial environments including industrial plants and facilities. Follow site safety procedures including lockout/tagout, confined space, and working at heights. Communicate daily job progress with the construction manager and project leadership. Maintain high quality standards and a strong customer service mindset on job sites. Travel to job sites across the East Coast with potential for nationwide travel and extended projects. Occasionally assist with shop support including material handling, shop organization, and deliveries.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in construction, industrial field work, or a mechanical trade. Experience using hand and power tools. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments. Ability to travel frequently and work weekend schedules when required.
