Job Summary We are seeking motivated and skilled Subcontractors HVAC or Plumbing Trade Partners (1099) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC or plumbing services on residential or commercial construction projects. You will operate independently or with a team, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure systems are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing systems, water lines, and related mechanical components in residential or commercial settings. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute project requirements. Use your hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and plumbing inspection cameras to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct drain cleaning, pipe threading, or HVAC system inspections, and troubleshooting to identify issues promptly. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Perform remodeling or handyman tasks as needed to support project completion and client satisfaction. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols during heavy lifting, assembly, or construction site activities. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project progress or resolve issues swiftly. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on HVAC or plumbing systems in residential or commercial projects. Skilled in installing and servicing air conditioning and heaters , drain cleaning, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with construction plumbing or HVAC techniques including remodeling and system maintenance. Knowledge of local building codes and plumbing or HVAC inspection procedures. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. Hands-on experience with plumbing or HVAC system maintenance, repair work, and water system troubleshooting is essential. Subcontractor Requirements:
