Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Installation Foreman to lead our hardscape projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on installation experience, and the ability to manage crews effectively while ensuring quality craftsmanship and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards Lead a team in the installation of hardscapes, including retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living features Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Coordinate material deliveries and keep job sites organized and efficient Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management Perform quality control checks to ensure top-tier workmanship Concrete installation and finishing experience is a plus
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in hardscape installation or related field 1+ years of experience in a leadership or foreman role preferred Proficiency in installing pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens Experience with concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing (preferred) Ability to operate and maintain construction equipment Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
