Job Description

We're currently seeking an experienced Commercial Journeyman Plumber or Plumbing Foreman to join our growing new construction team. Responsibilities Install, assemble, and repair commercial plumbing systems on new construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings Install water, sanitary, storm, vent, gas, and specialty piping systems Install plumbing fixtures, equipment, and associated trim Coordinate work with project managers, superintendents, general contractors, and other trades Perform system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and company quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while following OSHA and company safety policies Accurately document completed work and communicate project progress to management Mentor and assist apprentices (Foreman candidates will supervise and lead field crews) Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred (or equivalent commercial experience where applicable) Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience in new construction Foreman candidates should have previous crew leadership experience Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Experience installing cast iron, copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX, steel, and gas piping systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in physically demanding construction environments Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to travel to jobsites throughout the greater Pittsburgh region What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle (Foreman positions) Company fuel card (Foreman positions) Company iPhone and iPad (Foreman positions) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) with company participation Life insurance options Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Stable, year-round work with a respected family-owned business Why Mongiovi & Son?
