SSE Position Summary SSE is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to take charge of a single solar installation project from start to finish. The work centers on solar steel framing and racking — building out the structural steel and mounting systems that the solar array is installed on. You will own that project for its entire duration: overseeing the employees on site, directing daily operations, and delivering the work safely and on schedule. This is a hands-on, travel-heavy leadership role, though some jobs will be local. Requirements OSHA 30 certification — required Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman Proficient operating telehandlers (e.g., Lull) and aerial lifts (boom and scissor lifts) Able to read and interpret blueprints Able to tow a trailer Valid DOT medical card Strong leadership and crew-management skills Willing and able to travel and stay on the road for extended periods, up to 8-10 weeks at a time A Plus (not required) Crane operator license Heavy machinery experience Experience in the solar industryPay:
