Job Description

Concrete & Masonry Restoration Foreman York County, PA An established specialty contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete & Masonry Restoration Foreman to lead crews on challenging and rewarding restoration projects throughout the Harrisburg, PA to Baltimore, MD region. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who not only understands the work but can motivate a team, communicate effectively, solve problems, and take ownership of project success from start to finish. Projects include commercial, institutional, industrial, and historic restoration work involving structural concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, coatings, and specialty restoration systems. Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews of 3-10 field employees. Plan daily work activities to maximize productivity and quality. Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Coordinate Client, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Communicate daily with Project Managers regarding schedules, production, and project challenges. Maintain a safe and organized job site while enforcing OSHA standards and company safety policies. Complete daily reports, production tracking, time cards, and project documentation. Work directly with owners, architects, inspectors, and general contractors. Train and mentor field employees to develop future leaders within the organization. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: Commercial concrete restoration Masonry restoration and repointing Structural concrete repair Waterproofing systems Traffic coatings Sealants Historic restoration Structural strengthening Shoring Suspended scaffolding and swing stages Commercial scaffolding Rigging Reading construction plans and specifications Candidates with leadership experience in commercial construction, heavy civil construction, industrial maintenance, structural steel, or general contracting are encouraged to apply, even if they have limited restoration experience. Technical restoration skills can be taught. Leadership, integrity, and work ethic are what set exceptional candidates apart. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience preferred. Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights when required. OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Experience using tablets or smartphones for project documentation is a plus. Apply today to be considered
