Installation Foreman:

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Installation Foreman to lead and manage our installation team. This role involves overseeing the installation of awnings and screens at customers' homes, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. must be able to lift a minimum of 100lbs

Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Installation Foreman to lead our growing installation teams. In this key leadership position, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of awnings, retractable screens, solar screens, and related exterior products directly at customers' homes. As a foreman in our fast-growing company, you'll play a central role in delivering exceptional results, mentoring team members, and helping drive our continued expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 installers on daily job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards Plan and coordinate daily installations, including reviewing job details, materials, tools, and site requirements Perform hands-on installation work as needed, including measuring, assembling, mounting, adjusting, and securing awnings/screens to various home structures Use hand tools, power tools, drills, ladders, and equipment safely and effectively Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and best practices Maintain clear communication with customers on-site - explain the process, answer questions, and ensure complete satisfaction Inspect work for quality, adjustments, and troubleshoot any issues that arise Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times • Install awnings and screens according to company standards Report on progress, material needs, and any concerns to management Help load/unload trucks and prepare materials for each day's jobs Requirements Proven experience leading or supervising installation crews (awning, screen, exterior shading, construction, carpentry, or similar field preferred) Strong hands-on installation background, awnings, screens, patio covers, or comparable exterior products a plus Physically able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs. repeatedly, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform demanding outdoor labor in various weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops/elevated surfaces Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided for job travel) Reliable transportation to our shop/yard Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills and a strong focus on safety and quality Positive attitude, leadership presence, and ability to motivate a team Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in awning/screen installation or related trades Familiarity with retractable/motorized awnings, solar screens, or similar products Experience reading blueprints/drawings or measuring for custom fits a plus What We Offer Stable, full-time work with a growing company - plenty of opportunity for advancement Competitive pay with benefits with overtime and potential bonuses Tools and equipment provided Supportive team environment If you're a strong leader who thrives in hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to grow with a dynamic company, we want to hear from you!
