Commercial Roofing Foreman | $27-$30/hr |

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour + Prevailing Wage Uplift About the
Opportunity:

As a Commercial Roofing Foreman at RTG, you won't be on an island. You'll work directly alongside our Field Superintendent and VP of Operations, people who are invested in your success and there to provide resources, guidance, and support on every project.
What You'll Do:
Lead installations of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal Supervise and mentor a crew of 3-6 roofers, managing daily tasks, production targets, and safety compliance Read blueprints, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure manufacturer specifications are met on every project Maintain open communication with leadership to troubleshoot site challenges and keep projects on track Conduct site inspections and complete daily reports for project management Ensure full OSHA compliance and a clean, safe job site at all times
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience, including leadership or foreman experience Strong knowledge of flat roof systems and heat-welding/seaming techniques Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Reliable, professional, and leads by example Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
