Duties Execute comprehensive home renovation projects including drywall installation, plastering, stucco, and trim carpentry to enhance interior and exterior spaces Install windows, doors, and various building materials with precision using hand tools and power tools to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Perform masonry work such as bricklaying, tile laying, and hardscaping construction projects to create attractive outdoor environments Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation, excavation, or material transportation to streamline project workflows Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to guide remodeling efforts and ensure compliance with specifications Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards, safety protocols, and adherence to building codes throughout each phase of work Manage outdoor work activities including hardscape construction and landscaping tasks like stonework or outdoor hardscaping projects Skills Extensive experience with construction management, estimating, inspection, and site supervision Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, and heavy machinery safely and effectively Strong knowledge of building construction processes including drywall installation, caulking, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise project execution Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards on construction sites Experience with remodeling projects involving window installation, door hanging, stucco application, plastering, drywall finishing, and trim carpentry Outdoor work experience with hardscaping construction projects such as patios or retaining walls Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting residential renovation projects!
